We’re two siblings born and raised in Bangkok—Our family ran a restaurant for years, and some of our best memories are from behind the counter: watching our parents cook, learning the rhythms of service, and tasting everything along the way. Food has always been part of our life.

After moving away from home, the one thing we missed most was the comfort of real Thai chicken rice, just like the ones we grew up with: fragrant jasmine rice, tender chicken, and bold chili sauce that hits just right.So we spent years perfecting our recipes—starting with the classic Khao Man Gai we love, and then expanding into other favorite street-style chicken dishes like Roasted Thai chicken with traditional Spicy and tangy “Jaew” sauce , and more.
